Yes, if you set the wood up, select the pieces to intermix color and grains.
So what you don't see is the accidental not properly placed piece (with a spike either partial, or fully in the wrong place), that takes time to remove the spike driven in with an air nailer, and they have serrations, so hold tight, not fun to remove. He also is shooting them into soft floor. I have both a manual and air wood flooring nailer, both Bostich brand. The Advantec 1" sub floor, a very hard OSB, I could not drive a flooring spike into, no matter how hard, could not get it to sink the head. Made me buy the air nailer. That has power. But making sure you don't fight the floor nailing, that slows you down. There's lots of setup time, that's not shown, like the wall and subfloor cleanup and prep.
Last time I saw a similar video, was for selling a handle extension so you don't bend over, and the guy did just as fast as work, along with the long handled hammer they sell with the extension.
