I was looking for a RAS some 10 years or so ago, nothing in my skint price range available so didn't get one, then I saw the aftermath of a RAS incident, decided I probably didn't want an older one if at all. Recently I'm seeing a few on FB marketplace for a reasonable price, most have had the guarding removed and any other safety devices disabled, perhaps one day I'll find one that's complete and as safe as a RAS can be...
