If the boat makes it to the water and doesn't end up on someone hood. Bet those wheels are smoking by the time they get there...or the Phillips 66 coming up in 700ft...

I don't think there are any small wheels, the whole boat is cantilevered off the back of the car on a trailer hitch platform.
He should have a red flag on the boat since it is more that two feet off the back.
Reminds me of the time I took a school bus wheel to the shop. I hung it off the right side of my VW Bug.
