Surely forklift manufacturers allow for the tire tread depth in their design. So, when the tire depth has worn away! Get new tires!!!

Yep that is why almost every solid forklift tire made has the word regroveable molded right in the sidewall
Even a lot of pneumatic tires like truck tires are regroveable
