    I saw those on a Mike Holmes show a few years ago...Cool Idea. Here is a link to how some of them work. Others work with film now. Called PLDC..."Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal (PDLC) Film consists of micron sized droplets of liquid crystal dispersed in an optically isotropic polymer matrix."
