Cheap and efficient transportation DOWN HILL that is I guess he has to hitch a ride for the return trip or Indiana Jones it with a whip snagging the back of a tram

All he needs to do, now, is add an electric motor and get a fishing pole to power it off the overhead line. He might want to add a bell, too, to warn pedestrians.

I'd like to see some of the obvious collisions with pedestrians walking around staring at their phones. I'm with schuylergrace, It needs lights, brakes and a horn, this is definitely an ankle breaker to anyone stepping out in front of it and it would be entirely his fault.
