the best solution does what you need, at the time you need it, with what you have. I can't imagine this is an item one would need on a regular basis, so this looks like a pretty cool hack

That's clearly a left angle, so I'll probably make a pair.

Also, if you show the sharpener for that baby, then you'd really have my attention!!
