    two thoughts:

    1) they must control how the round tubes are fed in to ensure the weld is not at a corner

    2) the person with that camera was taking a few risks ducking in to show each step, especially if they were focusing on the camera view and not their own footing, fingers, hair, jewelry, etc.

    There is a company in Houston Tx. that will custom roll sq, or triangular tubing to the customers specifications, not of the normal supply sizes available. if there is no cylindrical tubing avaiable to form the sizes the customer requires they will either custom make the round tubing first or double draw the formed shape through a longer cascade of forming rollers. As one can imagine for them to do this requires a significant minimum order
