Rolling gate ad door for my storage area

While I was working in Kuwait for 10 years there was an Ice storm that brought the roof down on the 8000 sq ft shop that belongs to a good friend of mine. after returning I started to re set the roof but during this we had another Ice storm that brought the temporary structure down again so in order to get the city off of his back I cut the building down to be an 8 ft high fence then I turned the door into a rolling gate with a 3 ft personnel entry door that can be locked up with a single lock

The small door is a normal steel house type entry door framed in 3" 'c' purlin
