The Gregorian calendar wasn't introduced until 1582. The fact that June is shown as having 30 days rather than the 29 of the old Roman calendar indicates that it is using the revised form, i.e. Julian form, that Caesar decreed in 45 BC.

Thanks for the kind words, Moby. My mind is cluttered with a lot of useless information. I can bring cocktail party small talk to dead silence without even trying.

This is an early model of what many of us now have stuck onto our refrigerators with magnets... except this one is way cooler, IMO.
