A Sanding Block Using a Belt

I recently learned of a smart sanding block design by "PB Machines" (Amazing new tool i reinvented the file) that used a belt. I needed one! But could I change the design, so it was easier to build? There was a tradeoff between ease of construction and ease of changing belts. Here is the result.
