This is a scissor knurler I made a few years ago, the wheels I got off ebay, the rest on made on the lathe and linisher. As you can see, it's rusting away from lack of use, but when used it does a good job. The bits pictured are brass and stainless.

Nicely done! it's not clear how you attach this to the lathe, do you have other pictures?

It appears to me there is a square bar attached to the back that would be clamped in the tool post.
