Far from seamless.....I would put it at a basic level.

I was wondering if the repair would affect the tone of it. I don't know how good of a guitar that is. I'm not able to hear much difference in musical notes for sure but some of the really good musicians can or at least think they can. Supposedly when a well-known guitarist has a Gibson made especially for him/her, they specify a certain technician to wind the pickup coils for it. Apparently, there was a woman that did that, and she got picked more than anyone else. It kind of seems unlikely that one could tell the difference but maybe so.
Stupid is forever, ignorance can be fixed.

I am in the middle of opening up a Hyperbaric chamber facility. Apparently once a wooden instrument goes into the chamber and under pressure, it develops a richer tone. I have never been able to hear the difference, but I am not a musician and am probably tone def.
