    building it wouldn't be much as it is little more than a frame holding a basket with a comb.
    the tricky part would be in making the 17 or 18 circular brushes. but looking at them they are nothing but plastic or hard rubber bristles with a balled end.
    I suppose if someone had a 3d printer these wouldn't be too difficult print the bristles appear to be about the length of a 16 Penney nail the balls look like about the size of a BB
    Never try to tell me it can't be done
