Shoehorn

He he, I am very happy,
First I have just learned a new English word for myself, the "shoehorn", i must admit I didn't know how to tell that in English ...
Secondly, I am happy for John who will be able to open a new category, I have verified, there is not yet any shoehorn on the HMT base !

So here is mine, it's a little present (I am sure you all dream to be offered a shoehorn !)

I made the blade, it was a real challenge for me, the piece of steel from what I started was quite heavy and thick, and I have cold forged it, with my not so big hammer and my ridiculous 10kg anvil ...
Sure, I will have to invest on an anvil, a true one, sooner or later ...

And the handle was more easy to make for me, I put a little point a luxury in it with this ebony ring

At the end of the day, this a pleasant tool to use !
