I'm sure there will be some environmental hazardous waste issues with this.
A friend of mine had a mobile car / truck washing business back in the early 90s and they forced him to recover even the clear rinse water and when he washed down parking lots the law at the time was a 90% reclaim of water used. Think about that for a while how can you guarantee to reclaim 90% or the water you used on a porous paved surface especially when the air temps wee hovering around 100°
So here they have an arch with spray nozzles with who knows what chemicals on an open area and no containment for the run off?
Don't seem right to me
