If you give them a face full of anything from a 12ga from any likely distance inside your home you've not only got their attention you have ruined their day.

Pretty much a useless shotgun for anything but short-range intimidation. I bought it just for the novelty of having one it will chamber regular shot shells but the barrel is too short for hunting, it has a capacity of too many rounds to be used as a hunting firearm as well. except for hog and varmint. However if there ever is a zombe IE Guberment apocalypse it may come in handy LOL

Yeah, kinda meant for close up work. They are or were pricey and rarely seen now at the local gun n knife shows.

I've only fired a couple tubes full of shells in mine, just enough to make sure it functioned properly then did a deep cleaning reloaded it and put it away, as is the way most of my firearms are. Many of which I bought as nonfunctional wall hangers then replaced with new/ reconditioned or made parts as needed to make them functional then loaded them and put them away. There is literally no such thing as a cold weapon in my house unless it is spread out on the table in pieces or is in the non functional cabinet.

Naa, Most of them are in a fire hardened closet only the Rossi .410 snake charmer and the Walnut stocked Rugar 10-22 are kept by the kitchen door not saying what may be in the shop I do have a nice little Binelli stagecoach double barrel 12ga we used to keep under the wife's side of the bed when we lived in town and I had to be gone a few days. But living out in the country where we live now guns are for 4 legged varmints, no worries about the 2 legged variety, the 4 dogs would just use them as chew toys
