    Yeah he must have watched that video that said you need 3 pairs of gloves to disconnect the battery in an EV
    The question is if you know you are going to cut the cable why not disconnect the power first because it will need to be off to reconnect anyway. or if he is a tourist I mean terrorist if he is in this country and wanting to black out a city just wait until the government makes everyone drive electric cars and the power will go off on its own anyway.
