    I can't think of any reason to go to all the trouble of doing this, unless it is a replacement for a section of track that couldn't be out of service for more than maybe a day.
    It's good to see insulation on those excavators. Accidentally touching one of those overhead lines without it would not be a good thing for anyone on the site.
