    Small Plastic Part Fabrication Using Copper Wire

    So many expensive products are made from tiny, weak pieces. Such is the case for my water-resistant MP3 player. There was no way I was going to toss this device just because a critical support arm failed. Fabricating a new part that was stronger than the original turned out to be easy. I just needed an inch of copper wire.
