    I'm surprised they wouldn't\t have included a mower deck on the tractor as well to control the weeds. a single pass between the panels and the area would be cleared as well as the panels cleaned

    Judging by how dirty the panels were, I think they need to increase the frequency of their cleaning. It also appears the top foot or so isn't actually touched?

    Considering that the panels would be wet right after they are washed, I don’t think that mowing at the same time is the best idea. The debris from mowing would be likely to stick to the wet panels.
