FrankS’ mention of the weakest link comes to mind when looking at this task. Hard to tell, but the cables themselves look to be ~500MCM in size. That would ballpark the max power capacity of the 3 lines, running 24KV a bit over 30MWatt. Any deficit at all in the insulation of any conductor would eventually result in a huge explosion.
