I think that's the really interesting part of this video. The spray on stucco-like material is neat, but the whole house is made of styrofoam and the wire reinforcement is on the outside. They're clearly going to build this up in a number of layers. I've never seen that before.

If it were me, I would spray Gunite then plaster same way swimming pools are made
