Not the single most dangerous GIF I've found on the internet, but close. Right up there with Human-powered ferris wheel.

Extra points for the unique danger of standing on top of wobbly bars to gain leverage, while stretching to extend yourself, complete with dangling shirt cuff, over the spinning lathe. One is forced to speculate on the events that led to the installation of such a thorough guard.
