It seems 'trained' insurgents target the neck to start with, form our experience in Londonistan...

From My experience in the Canadian Army Reserve, we were taught to attack the head neck or up and under Any body armour or the arteries in the Legs.
This has always been an issue with police who wear a body mass only protective vest.

That's wby I wear a kevlar kilt everywhere I go. Plate carrier, kevlar kilt, and a lexan tube around my head, at least three inches thick. They shoot me in the legs if they like but one of them's already a prosthesis and I'm fine with them cutting off the other one.

I haven't worked out how to fix the steaming problem when I breath on it yet. Maybe I should drill some holes in it.

And my campaign hat looks weird on top. I need to witch to a beanie.

I feel really safe, though.

Seriously, nothing is better body armor than being a dead shot and having enough ammo on hand. Body armor is great, but marksmanship is better.
