The wheels look a lot like the style used on Buffalo Springfield models that were originally steam powered. The company moved to gasoline/kerosene engines in the early 1900s. This may be one of the later models. Regardless, it's nice to see that thing start and run. The scrap drive during WWII was the demise of a lot of machines like this.
