Its's probably in Saydi Arabia between Mina and Mecca the water is desalinated sea water from their electrical power generation plants much of the drinking water comes from the desalinated wastewater from the power plants you can find thousands of kilometers of irrigation piping all along every highway to water the landscaping in many countries over there since the water is considered a by product
