I have enjoyed the YouTube channel of Matthias Wandel for quite some time now and find both fascinating! I have a special interest in mechanical engineering. I feel I'm addicted to not only the fabulous builds but I want to try to understand through history how these marvelous machines came to be in the first place!

"Necessity is the mother of invention" I look to find the origin of the Necessity along the way.
