It almost looked as if someone opened the window. But it was probably the officer managed to free the bottom latch
Never try to tell me it can't be done

I think someone opened the window because someone was playing with the window on the right side.

Real life implementation of this scenario would have created a high causality count. to the swat team the bad guys and the civilian hostages on board. But it may have been a better solution to alternative scenarios

Were those flash-bang grenades? Might explain the method. Thinking of the time to deploy the ramps and get seat members in side, would think plenty of time for bad guys to cause high casualties.

When a team storms something like the bus in the manor which they did. a 30% casualty rate would be a low estimate. Even being stunned by flash bang the stunned bad guys natural reaction would be to tighten their grip on what ever they were holding at the time. Most likely that would be the trigger of their weapon Their second reaction would be to cover their eyes hopefully knocking themselves out with their own weapon. If said weapon was only a semi automatic then only 1 shot per bad guy would possibly be expended also if they were not pointing the weapons directly at a hostage chances are their bullet would miss anyone, However is the weapons were automatics then the magazines would empty before the bad guys would let off the triggers. Blinded from the flash bang disorientated firing a weapon in a random uncontrolled motion who knows how many could be injured or killed.
