    Captain,
    I have an old Rockwell Delta 9" table saw I got in 1968 and it is well made except for the cast hand wheels (too many rough edges). I think the hand wheels can be improved based on your example. Also, are you planning on making the table side extensions to the saw table top? I bought my cast iron extensions when I purchased the Rockwell Delta but wished these were much wider. I might add a 4" steel spacer in between the table top and the side extensions to make the top wider.
