Thanks a lot for allowing me to join your group. I'm putting together my shop now, and I'm sure I'll get some great advice and know-how here. I had a "woods" shop class in high school, but most of my work since has just been in home repair, with the kids, etc. I've decided to get into woodworking more seriously as I have always enjoyed creating and building things. My previous life's work was in the graphic/advertising arts business. Married, 4 kids (out of the house), semi-retired, taking care of my 91 year old dad. Live 80 miles northwest of Madison Wisconsin.
