    Strictly cosmetics, 2nd rate at that.
    Creating a chassis without imaginable utility. Inclined frame rails? 9' mud flaps? No plastic between spring tips?
    Inside of frame rails, not prepped or painted; poor prep outside, and looks as if rolled with a sponge.

    100% agree. It looks to be some kind of advertising stunt.

    The country code on that phone number is for Peru. The translation of the writing on the spring doesn't really make much sense, but they certainly know more about it than I do.

    It's definitely not for a heavy truck those springs are way to small.
