TIG welding in slow-motion recorded at 1,000 frames per second

I move the torch back as I add filler then run over the pool. Doesn't look like any TIG welding I do or have observed others doing in real life. That said I have watched videos on YouTube where people are basically lying the filler rod down and running the torch over it.
