If the name "Tim Hunkin" is not familiar to you, prepare to be entertained and educated. Search for him on YouTube. I became enamored by him when he produced the "Secret Life of Machines" series many decades ago. He is now out with The Secret Life of Components.

I just finished enjoyed one video on chains and belts. Tim is mostly low tech and practical with many decades of experience. I was amazed to see that his shop is open to the elements.
