What can you [we] say? Incredible? Great Re-use of Materials? Terrific Design?
Most impressive to me, entire gearbox turned not by hand, just two fingers! That's both holding sizes and alignments to a very high degree; not in a production facility, on his home built machine tools.
Only one suggestion.
Upon quenching, keep the part moving. Air bubbles insulate, making heat reduction less rapid or uniform. Plunging in that cylindrical bath would be sufficient.

Vyacheslav Nevolya. Were the gears together in a different gear box [maybe collected [cannibalized] from a few of all the same model]; or previously unrelated?
If not originally combined, you've done a tremendous design to couple them usefully in a drive unit; which I'd not be surprised lasts forever.
Hopefully that translates effectively to demonstrate my admiration.

I use gears from cars and motorcycles. The main requirement is that the tooth module is the same. Sometimes I use a whole unit, and sometimes I have to assemble a structure from many types of equipment.
