    That may be for irrigation, but I wonder if they aren't just hilling up the corn to make it sturdier. Seems kinda odd it's just on one side, though.

    For topical application, only. Not to be taken internally or used in com-
    bination with other drugs or alcohol, except as directed by your shaman.
    Do not operate heavy equipment, unless you actually know how to.

    When they move to the next row to the right it gets moved to the center again and again repeated for every row.

    I posted this machine on the Yesterdays Tractors Forum . It only took about 20 minutes to get this reply.

    "In the west a common irrigation practice is to laser-level the fields, throw up a border every 100 feet or so, and then flood the sections in between. I'm guessing that the machine in the video is creating these borders."

    I am betting someone on that forum has seen or used one of these.
