I made a set very similar to that for my little Kubota years ago. They work good.
I found that this type of attachment is too much for the bucket in that it bends the front lip of the bucket.
I admit, I am lifting 2500 pound loads (pallet of concrete blocks). If I was only lifting dead washing machines, they would work.
I have bale spikes that have their own quick attach frame (like the bucket) and the spikes are rated higher than my loads (I can pick up three 4x4x8 hay bales).
If you don't mind spending some money and doing more welding, you can turn those into a debris fork. It will save the tractor the unnecessary job of lifting the bucket as well as the tines, and you will get better leverage because the fork will be closer to the hydraulics.
