For new construction we used an airless sprayer followed by 2 guys with rollers to flatten it out and get an even coat. We painted the entire inside of a large church in an afternoon. No trim, cove molding, or carpet so just clear flat walls. 20' to the top of the walls and about 60' X 100' room.
