    Look at that MAN dance.
Probably a combination of things starting off with worn steering components too much toe in bad steering stabilizer bad front shocks not having a shaft locking clamp on the column shaft where it enters the steering box the tow driver probably just tied a rope to the steering wheel and lastly has the drive axles raised too far off of the ground accentuating the reverse effect of the steering king pin caster angle
Short wheel base trucks can be a real challenge to tow this way.
Never try to tell me it can't be done

Realize this is an old thread but it's a slow news day and I just saw it. This phenomena resembles towing a trailer without enough tongue weight.

Years ago I had a one wheel trailer for my VW Bug that would do this when empty. Once the motion started I had to pull over to stop it. If I was going far I would flip the trailer over and put it on the roof rack. It was very easy to back up. Carl.

It looks like there is a hand on the towed vehicle steering wheel swinging it from side to side?

That thing is going to need new tires by the time it gets where it's going.
