A few decades ago, a gal told me she had been jerked off of her bicycle, while riding it on a rural road here in Montana. She was being passed by a truck, carrying several large bales of hay when the end of a loose twine, blowing in the wind, suddenly wrapped her neck, and de-biked her. She, too, was lucky to have escaped with only a neck scar from the burn.
