My daughters used to love fish for Perch, The youngest 5 at the time tossed her line right in the middle of a school of shad then had to fight her line for several minutes before landing a black bass well within the slot limit for that lake Not even Jimmy Houston could have out giggled her when she finally landed it. You would have thought she was some big-time professional angler the way she played that fish with her child's Zebco She kept yelling Daddy get the net while I bring him around again.
