    If it were me, I would just modify a blade from a oscillating tool and use that. Ultrasonic - from my experience with oscillating tools - doesn't seem like a good idea. For the tool to cut, it needs to move the mass of the blade. If you run the oscillations faster, it usually cuts worse - because the cut parts don't get out of the way.
