Is that rebar? It looks really odd. It's definitely not bare steel, but even if it's epoxy coated it still looks weird. It's too shiny. It doesn't look ribbed. And it would have to be thin. Maybe #3 or 10M? Even then it seems VERY flexible. Like too flexible. Are there any countries that use thin unribbed wire as rebar?
