We have the same kitchen corner cabinet mechanism installed in 2002 just like the one shown in the second GIF. The only issues have been sometimes overloading the shelving with too much weight and having to then readjust the positioning of the swinging hinge. It sounds simple to do but there are six different adjustment set screws and a real pain to setup initially. Once setup it works very smoothly and makes the best use of wasted cabinet space in the corner.
