Put a dog point on that screw and you've got a nice adjustable pin spanner. Might necessitate removing the claw on the other side of the wrench.

The non-adjustable pin spanner for the collet chuck on my mill is made from a cheap, stamped wrench with one of the claws cut off and a pin ground into the opposing jaw.
