What I did was take two caps and remove the pumps then use heat-shrink to join them together. Screw two bottles together and transfer from one to the other...

Put the near empty container in the microwave for 10 seconds then invert and allow gravity to drain the warmed contents, always works for me. This is really good for emptying honey squeeze jars, and exceptionally good for anything near empty which is kept in the fridge.
