Want a resin degassing system? I recently undertook a project that involved resin and needed a vacuum system in a hurry. This started as a side project but quickly became a project in its own right.
Resin and wood always make great partners and it's much better if the resin is degassed prior to use.This is a build using a pan from the kitchen and a few purchased parts supported by a vacuum pump I purchased the previous year. This is a build that was needed in a hurry.
If you choose to build a vacuum system you should consider the materials and design suitable for your particular use and the type and capacity of the vacuum pump you wish to use.
