One of my cousins converted his Harbor Freight sandblaster to vapor blasting by dropping a standard sump pump into a bucket filled with media and water. The rest of the cabinet is stock. It's messier than a purpose-built one, but it was cheap. Being a farmer function and cost are all that matters to him.
