I imagine it makes euthanizing cats much easier. Having worked at a veterinarian clinic a very long time ago, I know cats have an instinct about when their life is in jeopardy. I've seen cats leap 10' across a room back and forth without touching the floor or table to avoid being taken just before we euthanized them. When we brought other cats in for other shots or exams they were usually fine.
