I saw several of these around Raleigh & Wake County NC, in the fall of 1996; post Hurricane Fran. Pretty amazing to reduce downed trees into just so much mulch. SOP seemed to be: 1) Truck unit into a large unused field or failed construction clearing. 2) Bring all the downed trees & brush for several miles around.
